hi great tut but im a wee bit confused as to what i need i think i understand most of it except what exactly i need is this right?

a dreambox/satellite receiver
a pc
a router to connect both
a satellite dish pointed at sky
enigma/image
cccam software
dreamup etc software
and a subscription to a server?

do i need a card if i am subscribed to a server? sorry still a noob but quick learner thanks

You have to understand that if you want to watch TV you have to have a valid subscription to a provider Rest of the activity have to be considerate a hobby . On the subject: You need to read more regarding this issue, then a receiver based on Linux (enigma). most people use dreambox or vu+ receivers But most important you don't need a subscription to a serverBest regards
