- add save button and CTRL+S for save mbox.cfg, cwshare.cfg and file-editor to disk
- add open button and CTRL+O for open mbox.cfg, cwshare.cfg and file-editor from disk
- add CTRL+G for download mbox.cfg, cwshare.cfg and file-editor
- add CTRL+P for upload mbox.cfg, cwshare.cfg and file-editor
- small fix for Telnet window
