hdd recording stops

Hi fellows !

I am using ipbox 900hd with Sifteam ver 7828 with Samsung E-sata 500G.

Recording to hdd always stops at about 2h for normal and about 40min for hd chanels.
The ipbox stops recording at fixed files length, while the red light is still on.
When look by ftp to /media/... dir, I see it creates one idx and 2 trp files the first is 2146893824 long and second is 1236697088 bytes long and this happens every time.

Any ideas how to solve this ?

Use the last firmware from NLB.
