un software in faza beta... nu prea e subiect de piraterie... nu cred ca-i deranjeaza in mod deosebit pe MS cum activam noi beta-urile lor. din contra: ii ajuta.

l-am pus si eu ieri pe un dual core si o partitie de 10gb.

Surpriza a fost sa vad la sfarsit de instalatie ca mai aveam doar 1,3gb liberi.

M-am jucat un pic cu el si dupaia l-am sters, astept versiunea finala

Nu e de azi ...e de cateva luni disponibila varianta dar tot beta. E bunicel , se mai poate modifica in bine .

Este vorba de o lansare oficiala. Intr-adevar , circula pe net de ceva timp o versiune mai veche.
Sa speram ca Windows 7 sa aiba mai mult succes ca Vista.

circula pe net din decembrie x86 v7000, adica aceeasi versiune lansata azi de M$... cu precizarea ca x64 v7000 beta a aparut abia azi-noapte pe net si ieri-noapte pe msdn.

Versiunea veche e diferita un pic de cea de azi , am intampinat prea multe incompatibilitati si la drivere si la unele programe ce functionau pe Vista. Am revenit la Vista. Sistemul meu Sony Vaio vgn-fw11m cred ca trebuia sa nu aiba probleme cu oricare windows.

Windows 7 Release Candidate Announcement

- On April 30th, the RC became available to MSDN subscribers and TechNet Plus subscribers.
- On Tuesday, May 5 (PST), the RC will be available to everyone via our Customer Preview Program. As with the Beta, the Windows 7 RC Customer Preview Program is a broad public program that offers the RC free to anyone who wants to download it. It will be available at least through June 30, 2009, with no limits on the number of downloads or product keys available.



So you don’t need rush to make sure you get your copy. When you’re ready to download the RC, it’ll be waiting for you.



IMPORTANT: If you are running Windows 7 Beta you’ll need to back up your data (preferably on an external device) and then do a clean install of the Windows 7 Release Candidate. After installing Windows 7, you will need to reinstall applications and restore your files. If you need help with the installation process, please see the Installation Instructions.


If you’re running Windows Vista, you can install Window 7 RC without having to back up and reinstall your programs and data. But to be on the safe side, please do backup your data before you start.


Please note: All users of the Windows 7 Release Candidate (including Windows Vista users who have upgraded to the Release Candidate) must do a clean installation of Windows 7 RTM. Please keep this is mind as you consider downloading the Release Candidate as opposed to waiting for the general availability release.

Decizia a fost luata. Microsoft va vinde in Europa noua versiune a sistemului de operare Windows fara browser-ul Internet Explorer, pentru a se evita astfel incalcarea legislatiei europene in domeniul concurentei, potrivit Financial Times.



Versiunea de Windows 7 comercializata in Europa va fi numita Windows 7 E, si va beneficia de aceleasi caracteristici ca si Windows 7 care va fi distribuit in restul lumii, diferenta fiind doar in lipsa browser-ului Internet Explorer 8 !

“The E versions of Windows 7 will include all the features and functionality of Windows 7 in the rest of the world, other than browsing with Internet Explorer. Computer manufacturers will be able to add any browser they want to their Windows 7 machines, including Internet Explorer, so European consumers who purchase new PCs will be able to access the Internet without any problem. Consumers will also be able to add any Web browser to their PCs, to supplement or replace the browsers preinstalled by their computer manufacturer.” (Microsoft)

Prin urmare companiile care vor distribui calculatoare cu sistemul de operare Windows 7 preinstalat vor putea astfel sa opteze pentru a integra in sistemul de operare unul sau mai multe browsere de web.

ce soft gen : Virtual CD folositi pt. win 7 ?
am instalat ultima versiune Virtual CD 9.3.0.1 si cand vreau sa-l deschid imi spune ca nu este compatibil cu acest sistem de operare
in plus nu pot "insera" imaginii "iso" in unitatea virtuala pt. a deschide in general jocuri
culmea este ca pe pagina lor : http://www.virtualcd-online.com/ , scrie ca este compatibil cu "vista" , deci teoretic ar trebui si cu "win7"
