    Update la lista:
    - corectie calcul DVB namespace (compatibil DreamSet 2.21)
    - activare flag-uri "Untouched by SDT" si "Locked" pentru toate canalele

    Se pare ca E2, in special imaginile mai noi, modifica unele canale daca flagurile respective nu sunt setate - lista ar trebui sa fie mai stabila acum.
