    satelitul w2m a fost resusucitat de isro dupa ce a suferit o cadere brusca de energie in timpul transferului catre orbita dorita 16e .cum satelitul a devenit functional intre timp unele clauze in contract il tin legat de eutelsat ,deci este proprietatea eutelsat(greu si cu asigurarile astea!).asa ca aceasta pozitie de 3.1 e poate fi doar temporara cine stie ce miscari va face eutelsat cu w2m.vom vedea!
