The problem is that i think.If you want to used flash tools you need to install drivers for ipbox.These drivers are in the folder which you have install the flash tools in your pc.if when you conect the ipbox via usb cable in your pc or laptor ask for drivers because you have conected a new device,put the folders which is instaled the flash tools and the windows it will found the drivers.And after you can used the flash tools..
