-Don't allow BISS ecm requests with a length shorter than 3 (NCam sends a fake ecm request for BISS with a length of at least 5 anyway. Also make some small optimizations and cosmetic changes)
-Remove redundant ecm length checks
-Use the typedef struct types instead (cosmetic)
-Forbid parallel access to the key db and key file (This should fix
the rare crash at NCam startup when two or more Emu readers are configured. If the issue remains, please report back!)
-Fix CW checksums
