save the file to USB and change:
cp /mnt/usb/sda1/median_swprofile.bin /apsettings/profile/median_swprofile.bin
chmod 0744 /apsettings/profile/median_swprofile.bin

Now I was able to successfully unlock the software. HDMI Switch works just like PVR! Thanks also to jufoda for the Java file.
