    De instalat a instalat , e sigur, (ai pus-o bine in tmp)! Si asta e sigur.
    E problema de copatibilitate. Daca te duci in usr/lib/enigma2/phyton/plugins/extensions/ o sa vezi ca este acolo folderul.
    Incerca sa afli cu google la OE xx pe care o detii, ce versiune de Ts panel se potriveste, daca este asa ceva pentu el.

    Dream-Elite-dm800-4.0-v001r003-ramiMAHER.nfi sim 2.1 Cu asta mie i-mi merge ts panel 6.8 . Skyn Hd Glas 16 + ultimul update
