    De fapt este un concept mai vechi ...3D packing ... stratificarea "layerelor"
    unui procesor in scopul de ai mari puterea de calcul prin cresterea densitatii
    componente in unitatre de volum ...principalul impediment ... supraincalzirea
    ... iata ca IBM pare a fi gasit solutia ...AICI
