daca sunt inchise porturile nu păoti fi decat client
nu stiu ce fel de router ai tu
normal orice router are o interfata la care te poti loga cu un user si o parola de administator ....ceva de genul 192.168.1.1
dar clasa tine de fiecare operator
poti vedea care este ip-ul local daca in run de la windows tastezi cmd iar apoi acolo in fereastra deschisa tastezi " ipconfig /all " si o sa vezi care e gateway-ul si ip-ul de la computerul tau si cel al routerului
despre legarea la un dreambox incearca si vezi si tu
ca si client iti va merge sigur ...dar ca si server trebuiesc deschise porturile pentru aplicatia folosita....cccam , oscam...etc
