Gabriel Torje, an IMScouting Player to Watch in August 2010, netted twice and provided an assist for Dinamo Bucharest as they defeated Targu Mures 4-1.
The 21-year-old teed up striker Liviu Ganea on 28 minutes for the first goal of the contest before scoring an outstanding free-kick on the verge of half-time and heading in his second an hour into proceedings.
Dinamo Bucharest are currently fourth in the Romanian top flight with 37 points, a long way off table-toppers Otelul Galati, who have racked up 48 points.
Romanian starlet Torje signed a five-year deal with Dinamo in 2008, but with eight goals and four assists this term it is looking increasingly likely that he will soon be the subject of tempting offers from abroad.
The 1.67m-tall Dinamo man is an excellent dribbler who has a good eye for goal and possesses a powerful and accurate shot. He boasts technique, pace and leadership abilities in similar ilk to Inter Milan star Wesley Sneijder .
Torje - who has so far represented the Romanian national team on four occasions - can be utilised as a winger on either flank, and was recently linked with a move to Chelsea.
