Das IhaD stellt die Weichen fur eine sichere Zukunft.

Nach eingehender Prufung der Rechtslage und immer strenger werdender Vorschriften bzw. Gesetzen betreffend des digitalen Copyrights haben wir entschieden, dass es in unserem Forum ab sofort keinen Support mehr fur Softcams aller Art geben wird. Das betrifft auch den Bereich Homesharing.

Wir haben diese Grauzone hier lange mit viel Bedenken geduldet und diskutieren bereits seit ca. einem Jahr intern unser Vorgehen in dieser Angelegenheit.

Es hat sich in der Vergangengheit ja leider immer wieder gezeigt, dass viele Leute sich nicht an die Boardregeln gehalten haben und versucht haben, trotzdem hier Support z.B. fur Internet Card Sharing zu erhalten. Damit ist jetzt endgultig schluß.

Da unsere Server in Deutschland stehen, was wir sicher nicht aufgeben werden, unterliegen wir auch der deutschen Rechtsprechung.

Wir meinen, dass es viel interessantere Bereiche rund um die Dreambox gibt. Man sieht das an den vielen Leuten hier, die an der Box in vielfältiger Art entwickeln.

Um das nicht zu gefährden und den Betrieb des IhaD's sicher aufrecht erhalten zu konnen haben wir uns zu diesem Schritt entschlossen.

Die entsprechenden Bereiche werden mit sofortiger Wirkung geloscht. Ebenso wird es keinen automatischen Download von Cams im BluePanel mehr geben.

Wir sind uns sicher, dass Ihr auch weiterhin Freude und Support hier haben wollt und das Ihr unsere Aktion unterstuzen werdet!

The IhaD is setting the direction for a save future.

After a long check of the legal conditions according the digital copyright, we decided that there will be no support for any softcam no more. This also includes the homesharing area.

We tolerated this situation for a long time with lots of concern and have been discussing this procedure internally for about a year.

The past showed that many people are not regarding our board rules and are seeking for internet sharing support. This situation has to end right now.

Our servers are based in Germany - which we don't want to change -, therefore we are lying under german jurisdiction.

In our opinion there are many more interesting areas surrounding the Dreambox than this. Many people are developing in good diversity here at the IhaD which prooves that fact.

We don't want to endanger the service of the IhaD and decided to act like that.

The areas involved to this decision will be deleted beginning from now on. Furthermore, there will be no automatic download of cams via BluePanel.

We are sure that you still will have fun and support at the IhaD and are going to support our decision.

Probabil e mai bine aşa că prea se dădea "mură in gură", fără mari cunoştinţe oricine descărca direct de pe server fişierele, completa repede ceva acolo şi privea. Acum va mai trebui şi să mai cercetezi, să shtii unde e şi cum se mănancă var, bin, etc, etc. Şi discuţiile pe forumuri se vor mai anima...

Eu nu cred ca se vor anima ...ca si pana acum vor fi unii dornici sa sape si sa faca lumina ...
