New additions to the forum rules are:

Files
Acceptable Files that can be uploaded are: Firmware Files, Tools, Plugins, Editors, Linux Image Files, Skins, Picons.
Unacceptable Files are OS Smartcard Files, Key Files, Files that include the intellectual property of a Pay-TV operator.
