Message: fix reader-videoguard2.c that I broke. Restored to 3033 version with minor fix to atr list. removed reader-videoguard-common.[c,h] for now.
If we want to do it, someone with a NDS2 card will have to do it as I have no real mean of testing this. Sorry for the breakage guys.
