DM800HD clona freeze on channel DVB-S2

DM800HD clona cu placa de baza REV:J,tuner REV:L3,sim 2.01,SSL #76 face freeze-uri doar pe programele transmise in DVB-S2.Toate celelalte programe inclusiv HD transmise DVB-S merg perfect.Pentru mai multe detalii o sa atasez si cateva poze cand am timp.A mai avut cineva aceasta problema si a reusit sa o rezolve?

Nu ma luati cu vrajeala de 2 lei cum ca "e clona" sau alte alea!

Rezultatul dupa reboot

In cazul in care nu exista rezultat dupa rebot editezi fisierul
: /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/NimManager.pyc

cauti randul:

la 600mV se inlocuieste cu 4

La comada in telnet cat /proc/stb/frontend/0/tone_amplitude trebuie sa iti dea valoarea "00000004".

Folosesc imagine Dream Elite BH 1.3.3 si am facut exact cum ai zis:

In telnet cand dau comanda cat /proc/stb/frontend/0/tone_amplitude imi da valoarea "00000007"
Ca sa-mi dea valoarea "00000004" am modificat linia astfel:

Fara nici un rezultat.
Am mai observat ca programele care au SR mic adica 22000 face freeze mai multe decat cele cu SR 27500 spre exemplu.
Am schimbat tunerul cu unul REV:K si aceeasi problema.

Emu 3C ? folosesti? cardul e localul tau?
Frezz poate sa ai si de aici. daca problema persista inseamna ca ai probleme de reglaj a antenei.

Nu merge man.
Folosesc CCcam 2.1.3.
Pe TVR HD card local cu mgcamd 1.35a + newcs 1.67 merge perfect dar cum am zis,merg toate HD-urile transmise DVB-S.Nu merg cele DVB-S2.

f you do not receive HD at all transistors Q1 Q2 and Q3 needs replacing.
If you receiving channels HD when tuner get warm up you need to change capacitor C1. Here you can use mod from rev K as well it will not affect rev j in any shape it will work!!. Pictures are in forum pictures.

specyfication for C1 if you replacing that capacitor in oryginal place. This is confirmed and works very well
RUBYCON - 6.3TZV1000M8X10.5 - CAPACITOR, SMD, 1000UF, 6.3V

If you decided to use mod from rev K to rev j or for rev K is 1000uf 16v 20% tolerance. preffered brand for this capa is panasonic beacuse is tested !!!


Q1 and Q2 affecting HD channels
Q3 affecting all strengh of signal
Q1 and Q2 are ( buy any of these two no matther which version you want to use just do not mix them, buy 2 of one kind

NXP PMV31XN <--- this what I been told that there is but I fitt Si2302ADS and this part fix glitching on sky uk HD on minidish if you use big dish and have good SNR 70% and AGC 99% you dont need in line amplifier if snr is below just get in line amplifier for 3 euro and glitching will be fixed
ps: if snr is jumping in meter signal the dish need to be positioned to fix this problem, the inline amplifier will not help in this case. in signal meter snr must be stable up to jump -+ 2% maximum. I mean signal meter which is build in E2

i have no time to write more info I will try keep this updated.


ps: before you try chaning something please make sure that you have right channel list. Actual channel list with actual settings for channels !!

Please read and replace parts and do not ask me 99 times for the same problem all info is here. If something dont work just post here and I will try do my best to help you.


I running mod from rev K on rev J and I have no problem at all with braking capacitors on motherboard !!!!

In some cases capa on dm800 board needs replacing all 22uF.25v 20%. Replace them and see if HD channels are working or not. If fixing of tuner dont work.

Am adaugat un condensator la tuner si am reusit sa fac unele programe sa mearga cele mai multe de pe Sky DE dar nu toate.Cand voi reusi cu toate voi reveni si cu solutia.Deocamdata...atat!

Dupa ce am schimbat condensatorii si tranzistorii q1,q2 si q3 din tuner am reusit...sa omor tunerul!
Cu tunerul bagat nu mai booteaza receptorul.Fara tuner booteaza corect.

Mai verifica odata polaritatea la condensatori,e posibil sa fi pus unu invers,se intimpla si la case mai mari

Dupa o luna de zile negre si nopti albe astazi am reusit sa readuc tunerul la viata.Am pus tranzistorii q1,q2 si q3 care au fost inapoi si am schimbat doar condensatorul ala mare de 1000UF,16V.Surpriza!Merg toate programele HD perfect inclusiv cele DVB-S2.
