Add Peers and Delete Peers

If you add dlines , don't forget to ask to their mail adress for further contacts !!!!!
You can add the mail adress behind their dline as comment

Example:

D: { example.dyndns.org { port1 port2 { password {ABCD1234 }}}}#mail adress

And if you delete peers inform them that you have deleted them; because nobody wants atacks to his server !!!!
