Added support for Irdeto2 providers: 13E JSC Sports (0603), 19.2E C+NL (0622), 39E Bulsat (0604)
Removed some anoying log messages like: [newcamd] ... new card.... or RSA nagra2 key not found for ID.....

NewCS mips and ppc binaries coming from the last public version 1.67 patched by D2MAC.
1.70 - ICE cards full init, ECM and EMM stream support (tested on CaIDs 0x0D95, 0x0D96 and 0x0D97).
