I noticed that monitor encryption is not working on 64bit plattforms due to other sizes of long on this plattform. This patch converts all numeric types like long to portable types like uint32_t. This is not complete yet (only base folder up to r4987, changes thereafter might be incompletely converted). If you encounter problems through this patch please report in forum.

Add extra message on disabled user login. Log a bit more info on killing threads and clean up ourselves when thread doesnt do so within 500ms. Please report when you get such messages in log.

disableuserfile now defaults to 1 and is automatically set to 1 if userfile is empty. You may use disableuserfile to quickly change between enabled/disabled while keeping the variable userfile filled. Furthermore, it saves some performance if it is disabled (thats also the reason for automatically setting it to 1 if userfile is empty).

Fix: You always need to set a logfile, so this defaults now to CS_LOGFILE (plattform dependend, mostly /var/log/oscam.log). If you really want to disable logging, set disablelog=1 and logfile to stdout.

Do not save port in monitor section anymore when it is 0. The monitor section is somewhat special in config as some parameters are shared with WebIf and so need to be saved even when monitor itself is not active.

WebIf: Allow using maxlogsize=0 (unlimited logsize). This got lost some time ago when a check for value validity was inserted. Beware that you only should set it to 0 if you know what you're doing as it may take up huge space and OSCam might crash when it reaches max size for files (probably at around 4 GB).
