O rugaminte : sterge listingul cu parametrii dm500 , sint aceiasi din primul post .
MAC media access control este o identificare unica ( sau asa ar trebui sa fie ) a unui adaptor de retea ( device hardware ) .Intr-o retea nu trebuie sa fie doua deviceuri cu aceiasi adresa tcp/ip sau mac .
La dm se poate schimba mac-ul pe cind la clone nu ( asta din ce spun maestrii )

We'd like to thank everybody who paricipated in the "Gemini suggestion" thread. Unfortunatly many things can not be realized from our side.
This images doesn't contain any keys or softcams. Backups or other modified Images are not from us and won't be supported!
Recommendation:
If you don't install the Image in flash memory, the flash image shouldn't be of a old version. A swap file/partition (>= 16MB) should be present
if several processes running in background.

Fantastica descrierea lui snow pentru Dreambox 500-S ! Felicitari ! E una din cele mai complete descrieri si contine motivatia pentru care pana la sfarsit de an (dureaza cam mult ? ei, rata mare la casa), cu toate sacrificiile posibile, voi avea si eu unul.

am si eu o intrebare: am Dolce (nu prea il folosesc), 2 cartele deci.
am DSB790 de la echo dar nu pot sa share nimic cu el, in primul rand nu e server, in al doilea nu am conexiune permanenta la internet.
intrebarea mea este: ce as putea sa vad daca dau Dolcele in share? sau daca nu il pun la share, pot sa vad ceva in plus, conectat la internet, fata de Echolite?
La ce foloseste cartela Firecrypt ce o da unele firme cu receptorul Dream 500 ?
salut , cartela este pt. vizionarea unor programe xxx , nu mai stiu care si cate : 1,2,3 canale .bafta .
exista posibilitate sa pun la un dm500 un hdd !! astept pareri ca sa nu il desfac dejeaba!
La dm500 nu .La dm600 merg hdd de 2,5' iar la dm70xx merg puse hhd de 3,5'
Daca-ti convine inregistrezi prin lan pe PC cu CIFS sau Ngrab
cu ngrab trag si acu :) dar as vre sa nu mai tin si calculatoru deschis :) si prin ngrab calitate e mai proasta :)

NAS ( Network Acces Storage ) = harddisc in retea ; dar preturile la cele capabile ( sa stie NFS / CIFS si sa aiba viteza suficienta ) sint peste DM8000+DM7025 :D:D:D
Asa ca , stringem ronii in porcusor si luam Kathrein UFS 910 , pina atunci poate vor face functionala S-ata implementata hardware
Ce protocol (http, ftp, ...) foloseste dreamul pentru gbox?
desi intrebarea este absurda ( sau cel putin asa o vad eu ), gboxul comunica prin protocol UDP
