I was trying flash Spark 1.1.35 first, then RC1 (long power off after first run), but with the same result - reboot after load modules on display. May this relate to the boot logo?

Am scos DD-subt pentru ca uneori nu mai pornea e2 de la el si nu am avut rabdare sa studiez problema.
HD-Glass 16 e frumos, util pentru informatiile sale, dar mananca 10 mega de ram in plus si ceva procesor.

Si, am uitat sa mentionez in primul post, acum subservices functioneaza pe VERDE.

Am mai uitat si FLAC in media player, si multe altele adaugate in ultima luna.

Am uitat sa mentionez ca nu se mai poate face inregistare accidental in flash, nici timeshift.
Sunt implicit dezactivate la boot pentru ca accidental se putea face recording in flash!

Pentru inregistrari trebuie sa stiti urmatoarele:
- se poate inregistra doar pe partitii EXT2, EXT3 si FAT32 (cu limitare la 2Giga a unui fisier la FAT32)
- Daca partitia pe care inregistrati are LABEL = RECORD e montata automat la boot.
- O alta metoda este sa creati un director movie pe prima partitie !

I forgot to mention that accidental recording in flash or timeshift recording start is no longer possible.
These are now disabled by default on boot.

To be able to use recording function, you must know the following:
- can be done only on EXT2, EXT3 and FAT32 partitions (with 2GB file limit applied on FAT32).
- If the recording partition is labeled RECORD it will be mounted on boot.
- Another method is to create a folder named movie on your first partition.

How to connect network hdd (cifs)? (timeshift,record)

cine a testat,stiti ceva citeste cardul conax ?? exemplu pocus?? asta pentru cei care au servere cu card local?? oricum multumim maestre zildan pt munca depusa !!! :clap:

For CIFS mount:
-enable CIFS in User options (RSP menu)
-edit /var/config/amnt.cfg
-restart box

For RECORDING read previous page

Timeshift need a lynk in image, momentan is disabled.

Dupa instalare numai "boot-loading modules", am incercat de mai multe ori dar nu merge mai departe.Variantele anterioare au mers din prima.Oare sunt diferente hardware?

I had a movie folder on my Hard disk. I copied a movie in that folder. And now all of a sudden, it is deleted. It is no longer there.

Also the hard disk is not mounted on boot. Very anoying.

Can you explain how to format the hard disk? So I can use the Record, time-shift, media-player and also use Swap?

Or maybe you can make a menu item in the next image?

Because it is not clear to me now.

Can you give to us (I think waterman has the same problem) new kernel with old boot options please? I would to try new version your very good work, but we have this problem with restart.

You don't understand my point.

It is the USB connected harddrive. It is not mounted to /dev/sda1. Not automatically

I had it perfectly formated as ext3 with a movie folder in it. Inside there was a mkv movie. After connection to this image, the movie folder is empty. The file was deleted somehow. And I did not do it. So, there is something terrible wrong with the mounting of the USB drive.

I did a re-format of the drive with the menu of this image. And again I copied a MKV movie to the /movie folder. There-after, the same thing hapened. After reboot, the MKV disappears. It was deleted somehow. I tried to re-mount the harddisk, but the file was still not there.

Then, just to be sure I started SPARK. And indeed, no MKV file in the movie folder.

So my question remains: How to handle with the USB harddrive? Because, it is pretty annoying to lose those big MKV files.

Formateaza stickul, scrie imaginea iar, si lasa 10 minute aparatul oprit inainte de boot.
Daca face la fel, il opresti si il lasi iar oprit timp indelungat, apoi il pornesti.

Is a bug in my code.
Mount HDD before delete "movie" folder.

edit /etc/init.d/rcS

rm -r /hdd/movie

replace with

#rm -r /hdd/movie


Put mkv movie in other folder (on hdd) and find file in /hdd or /tmp/sda1 with media player !

Ok good mount!
How to activation timeshift?

I have problem with this version, beta 5 works OK, but when I install this version RC1,
Alien boot, then Loading modules, on display Load and then restart (boot) and again and again.
On TV no screen, only flash when reboot Alien.

I try download from rapid and megaupload, but it is the same.

Same problem here, tried to reflash a couple times but every time with same result.

Also tried to leave the device off for a couple minutes but same result agian.

@fundidum --- use Oscam instead ! there is no CCcam in SH4 boxes world ! but Oscam
is the EMU witch solves all the required functions ... read and use it !
Use RED ...then RSP pannel ...download Oscam emu and his configs !
