Am si eu o intrebare.
Am vazut imaginea de la toate Dth urile romanesti.
Cel mai bun mi se pare boom si cel mai slab max.
Digi, Focus si Dolce nu am avut posibilitatea sa le vad pe acelasi tv, asa ca nu pot sa compar f bine.
La Dreambox500S doar max pot vedea inca, si ma gandesc pt care alt provider romanesc in afara de boom , merita sa pun o antena in plus? adica ma interseaza calitetea nu cantitate. so, digi, dolce sau focus? mentionez ca am 2 lcd samsung de 32".
Pai pune una pe 1W ca acolo vezi 2 dintr-un foc.Mie mi se pare ca sunt cam la fel toate,cu un minus pentru Digi la o parte din programele romanesti (Antena3,National,Prima si inca la vre-o 3).Pe LCD-uri oricum nu sunt multumit cum se vede nici unul.

Astazi am revenit la gemini 4.3.1... deocamdata totul este ok... dar am o problema cu lista de sateliti... nu are satelitii de la 4W la 4.8E, adica amos1/2, intel 10-02, thor2/3...
Am luat ultima lista de sat de pe server si nici aceasta nu are...
Ma poate ajuta cineva cu o lista completa?

am si eu un dm500 si sunt mai ceva decat pufanu, ajutati-ma si pe mine va rog... din cate am citit eu am reusit sa pun pe el o imagine gemenii 4.4 si mai departe nu am o lista de sateliti mai detaliata decat astra si inca, vre-o 5 nu decodeaza mai nimica... cu ce incep? cine ma ajuta?

Salut.telecomanda receptorului meu (DM500s) deja are unele butoane care nu mai raspund la comenzi oricat de tare as apasa pe ele.Am desfacut-o ,am curatat contactele si apoi am pus mina de creion pe contacte.La inceput a mers brici,acum nici cu aceast"artificiu" nu mai merge.Se mai poate face ceva sau trebuie sa cumpar alta?

Exista pe la magaziele de specialitate un kit cu rondele de cauciuc grafitat si silicon lipesti acele rondele si numai ai treaba cu telecomanda in cazul in care nu ai disrus cablajul dac ai distrus cablajul alta ,daca esti din bucuresti in zona maica domnului gasesti acel kitQuote:

Am o problema in a incarca backup-ul de nemesisi 4....! Mai exact , nu stiu cu ce utilitar....am incercat cu dreamup, dar nu recunoaste acest tip de imagine...Mc!:oops:
trebuie modificata terminatia.. ceva de genu ...nemesis.img
Chestia asta nu stiam . Deci din .fw sa fac .img sau root.cramfs ?

The following describes how to:
- Save a fully working copy of your current image, including emu settings & keys and channel lineups.
- Restore the saved image to the same box or install it on another DM7000.
This tutorial assumes you have a Windows based PC with LAN connection to Dreambox already setup.
We will be using the Telnet and FTP facilities built into Windows/InternetExplorer but you can use any other Telnet and FTP client if you wish.
BACKUP
With the Dreambox running, and connected to PC via network cable and to TV with scart.
Go into the Dreambox network configuration
- Official, Ronald, SF, Free-X TV: small Dream button -> Setup -> Expert Setup -> Communication Setup
- Traveller: small Dream button -> Setup -> Network
Write down the following information:
IP (Dreambox IP address)
Netmask
Nameserver
Gateway
Press Lame button to get out of menus.
Telnet
- Win98. Click on the Start, select Run, enter telnet in the box then click OK - a Telnet window will open. In the top menu, click on Connect -> RemoteSystem. Enter as the Host Address, the Dreambox IP address you wrote down earlier - click connect.
At Login type in: root [enter]
At Password type in: dreambox [enter]
- WinXP. Click on START -> AllPrograms -> Accessories -> CommandPrompt. Type in: telnet [enter]. In the Telnet screen, type in: open IP [enter] (where IP is the DreamBox IP address you wrote down earlier)
At Login type in: root [enter]
At Password type in: dreambox [enter]
Telnet into the Dreambox as described above and type in the following line to save the img file (you may replace the filename "backup.img" with another more descriptive name if you wish - eg: myimage001.img):
cat /dev/mtd/3 > /var/tmp/backup.img [enter]
Wait for prompt to return then close Telnet window.
A backup copy of your image is now stored as a temporary file in your Dreambox. We now need to retrieve it via FTP.
FTP
Open an InternetExplorer window and in the address bar type in the following: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (where IP is the DreamBox IP address you wrote down earlier). Click GO and a directory listing of your DB will appear.
Open the var directory then the tmp directory under that, copy/paste or drag/drop the backup.img file you created earlier to a suitable place on you PCs harddrive. Close the window.
NOTE: The saved image file can only be restored using the following method - Do not use DreamUp(LAN).
RESTORE/INSTALL
Connect Dreambox to PC with LAN cable and to TV with scart.
Boot up Dreambox - If installing to a newly flashed box, ignore any setup screens and repeatedly press Lame button to get blank TV screen.
Go into Dreambox network configuration:
- Official, Ronald, SF, Free-X TV: small Dream button -> Setup -> ExpertSetup -> CommunicationSetup
- Traveller: small Dream button -> Setup -> Network
Enter all the network details you wrote down previously, tick Configure Network and then Save - repeatedly press Lame to get back to blank TV screen.
Connect to the Dreambox via FTP as described above.
Open the var directory then the tmp directory under that, copy/paste or drag/drop the saved backup.img file from your PC harddrive into the tmp directory. Close the window.
Telnet into the Dreambox as described above.
Type in the following 2 lines:
cd /var/tmp [enter]
eraseall /dev/mtd/3 && cp backup.img /dev/mtd/3 [enter] (where backup.img is the name of your image file)
Wait for erase to complete and the prompt to return (be patient), then type:
reboot [enter]
Box should reboot and come up with your saved image/settings. If it doesn't reboot within a minute or so then power off for 10 seconds and let box boot up normally - DO NOT Flash Erase otherwise your settings will be lost.
IMPORTANT: If the new img file is not in the /var/tmp directory or you enter the img file name incorrectly at the eraseall stage, you will lose the existing image in the box. Your only course of action then is to reflash the box with another image via Null-modem cable and DreamUp.

Va salut, sunt posesorul unui DM500S, nu il am de nou, am pe el PLI? (nu stiu cat de corect e) si de curand mi-a aparut un noise / bazait foarte urat pe el, aproape ca nu-l mai suport.
Nu este tot timpul, doar la anumite cadre si atunci cand "chem" pe ecran meniul imaginii.
Am schimbat cablurile (scart), chiar am folosit si cele 3 iesiri Audio L, R + Video insa degeaba. - imaginea devine mult mai proasta iar bazaitul nu dispare.
DM500S l-am cumparat ca fiind original, habar n-am cum arata o clona sau ce diferente exista intre ele.
De la TV nu cred ca e (pe HDMI input nu se aude absolut nimic), am observat in schimb ceva f ciudat, dau receiverul pe mute din butonul telecomenzii si chem imaginea meniului pe ecran si bazaitul se aude in toata splendoarea lui. Ma poate lamuri si pe mine cineva de la ce a aparut acest bazait?
