The MediaHighway EPG activation option, private EPG method used at least by :

Canal+

It permit to get rich EPG for several days and then schedule Tracking.
It exist in several Enigma1 and 2 on dreambox, is there a way to get them in E2 on Kathy?....

Here is the Sources of an existing plugin on Enigma, if a nice Boarder has the capacity to use them for Katy : he is welcome :cheers:

If there is a RSP dev reading there ? I suggest to make the following change to 'enigma2.bb' (tips given by a dreambox team member)

After line : -> EXTRA_OECONF = "--enable-maintainer-mode --with-target=native --with-libsdl=no"

add :

do_configure() {
perl -pi -e 's:^//#define ENABLE_MHW_EPG.*$:#define ENABLE_MHW_EPG 1:g' ${S}/lib/dvb/epgcache.h
./autogen.sh
oe_runconf
}

Remove the enigma stamps, and recompile !
It should enable mhw epg and give detailed EPG for Canal+ and Csat for several days, please, let me know ? :wellcome:

Just for information, the mod has beent tested "OK" on a DM800 5 days ago by a dreambox team, it is a serious tip from a serious source:cool2:

With latest rev. TDT has enabled mediahighway epg.
