Does Vladimir Putin have a body double?

Millions of Russians think that Putin was liquidated sometime between 2008 and 2012, and his double has been serving as the president of Russia since 2012.
These are some of the opinions and anecdotal evidence used to back their fantastic claim:
As a person, Original Putin (OP) was a man of action, ambitious and self-confident. He put oligarchs and volatile North Caucasia under his control, while Putin’s Double (PD) bought the Chechen leader off with federal subsidies, and failed to keep oligarchs in line.
OP did not protect himself with many guards and officials and was not afraid to get his hands dirty. OP was a man of the people, while PD cut himself off from the common people to hide in his palaces, and recently, a bunker.
