UPC Polska adds 2 more HD channels

Poland’s leading cable operator UPC Polska will add three new channels, two of which are in HD, to its offer tomorrow (July 6).Discovery HD and Animal Planet HD, the two HD channels, will be placed in its Super HD package, while Discovery Historia will be in its Max package. In total, UPC Polska will now offer its subscribers eight Discovery channels.

With the addition of Discovery HD and Animal Planet HD, Super HD will contain 13 HD channels. However, UPC Polska subscribers are also further HD channels, for no additional fee, in the Select HD and Max HD packages.
Furthermore, they are offered Canal+ and HBO premium HD channel packages.
