History HD to widen Romanian reach

History HD will launch on UPC in Romania on October 1, joining the SD service, which made its debut on the cable network this February.

History HD is already offered in Romania by S.C Kety Prod and the Ines Group, while History is also distributed by Boom, RCS, Romtelecom, Newcom, Burtilla and Telemach.

History HD will broadcast 100% HD content and offer a separate schedule from the SD service. ''
