ENIGMA 2 for ipbox HD/cuberevo/cuberevo-mini SIFTeam:
First boot take a little bit much more than a normal boot, so wait until you can see the bandeau bar (the one with infos on current channel) on the tv screen.
Default settings are for single tuner on HotBird sat. (you can change them in the menu)
WARNING: Do not forget to change your DNS configuration (if you want to use the decoder on the net). The DNS configuration could only be made by editing manually the file "/etc/resolv.conf"

HOW TO INSTALL:
----------------
To test this enigma2 image you need a running nfs server and a serial & network
connection to the receiver.
You need uboot 1.3.1 or higher to run e2 (never tested with lower versions)
Do this only if you want to use nfs-server otherwise go to point 3:
1. extract the tgz file on the server and set the directory in /etc/exports
for example:
/root/Desktop/root 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash,sync,no_subtree_ch eck)
where 192.168.1.0 is your net base-address and 255.255.255.0 is your netmask
2. restart nfs server
3. connect via serial console with an hyperterminal connection to the receiver (I suggest you to use putty, it's freeware, and configure it to use a 115200 serial connection)
4. turn on the receiver and hit ctr+z in serial console
you should see the following prompt:

5. customize the following settings to your network environment and type them into the
serial console:

remember to customize where /root/Desktop/root is the directory you added to /etc/exports and ipaddr is the ip of your decoder, serverip is the ip of your nfs-server, gateway is your gateway ip, netmask is the mask of your home-net
6. now you can restart your decoder and press the relative remote controller's button for 5 seconds to start the image you want:
Press Button 1: start your image using nfs-server
Press Button 2: start your image using usb pendrive if you don't have a SATA hdd
Press Button 3: start your image using usb pendrive if you have a SATA hdd
Press Button 4: start your original flash image in the decoder (DGStation's original firmwares and images based on them)
That operation is necessary only the first time you want to change your boot commands. You don't need to press all the time you reboot the decoder a button to select wich image to start, simply do that only if you want to change to e2 nfs from usb, or from original images.

La sfarsit am reusit si eu sa pun pe imagina e2.Ce scrie sifteam nu are treaba cu ce trebuie sa faci.Multumesc pe zildan pt ajutor.A promis ca o sa face un "how to" pt toate lumea.E putin complicat si trebuie sa stii linux ca lumea.Asteptati si o sa aveti si voi e2 in curind.La file de la sifteam are o greseala si trebuie sa fie corectata.O sa fac upload foto miine.
Inca e in faza beta. Mai e de lucru la ea.
Calitatea imaginii este in schimb mult mai buna fata de imaginile de pana acum, parerea mea.
Enigma inca nu-i la indemana tuturor, dar in scurt timp se vor simplifica metodele de scriere a imaginii si vor aparea imbunatatiri.
Schimba repede programele, se misca repede prin lista de canale, boot-ul dureaza un minut, dar stiu alte receptoare la care stai si mai mult.
Ca si concluzie abia azi am vazut ce poate acest receptor si nu regret nici o clipa ca l-am cumparat. Sunt convins ca pe viitor mult mai multe surprize frumoase vor veni.
Gata, mai vb si maine ca m-am culcat la 4 dimineata si-am dormit cateva ore.

Am reusit dupa ceva ore de chinuiala sa pornesc si eu enigma2 pe IPBOX900. Se pare ca problemele apar la formatarea stickului. Eu am reusit doar facand toti pasii pe un Ubuntu linux. Ori de cate ori am format din ultimele variante de SifTeam se pare ca apareau 2 partitii pe stick. Oricum se poate sa fie si probleme de compatibilitate cu stickurile. Maine am sa mai imi fac o provizie de stickuri de diferite marci. Deci in concluzie fara niste cunostinte medii de linux..sau cineva la dictat comenzi...probabil trebuie sa ai noroc chior sa mearga instalarea. Oricum nu am fost lipsit de ecrane albastre (gen windows), iar la prima bootare a trebuit sa-l scot din priza..s-a blocat cu ceva mod video necompatibil. Deci in concluzie mai este mult de lucru pana la o imagine stabila. Din cate vad eu s-au utilizat surse folosite la dream. Acum astept sa termine de scanat Hotbird sa vad ce ceva imagine. Configurare de share maine. Am sa revin maine cu noutati. Poze nu mai fac...au fost altii mai rapizi.
La mine nu a vrut sa mearga fara cele doua partitii facute pe stik.
Scanarea parca dureaza mai mult.
N-ai luat nici un ecran verde pana acum, pe enigma?

Ecranele albastre erau cu ghilimele...verzi am avut..da de astea am si pe newenigma 2.2.1 sau gemini 3.80 pe dm800.
P.S. Nu-mi spui totusi snow daca cititorul de card de la ipbox 910 are integrat pe el..si eventual ce integrat?
Am sa ma uit, insa mai pe seara si-ti transmit. Eventual cauta-ma pe mes dupa 9

Parerea mea e ca e2 la ipbox e mai bun decit firmware oficial de la DGS.Am gasit un script prin sifteam si am reusit sa pornesc pe incubus automat.Am impresia ca incubus sub e2 functioneaza mult mai bine decit sub firmware oficial.La e2 nu s-a blocat deloc!!!!Imagina e mult mai buna fata cu firmware oficial.Special cind am setat-o la 720p 60 la firmware oficial a putut sa fie setat numai la 720p 50.Schimba canale mai repede si special pe HD canale.Lista de favorite e un mare progres pt mine.E foarte buna si usor de utilizat.Cu un script s-a reusit sa opreste HDD dupa 5min,inainte merge tot timpul.Are un EPG mult mai bun decit firmware oficial.Teletext a functionat dar dupa ce il pornesti nu poti sa iesi de la el si trebuie sa dai restart de la on/off.aspect de meniu e foarte buna.Am reusit sa il fac sa misca pe motor cu Moteg pozitioner si sa il fac sa merge automat la hotbird si astra 19.Daca incerc sa scanez alt satelit afara de 13E si 19.2E nu ma lasa.Am impresia ca se misca un pic mai bine fata de firmware oficial si e inca versiuna beta.Mai incolo o sa face miracole.Butoanele de la telecomanda nu functioneaza toate.Nu face shutdown cum trebuie.Stie la premiere sport si portal subservicii fara probleme.E un progress imens.
Teletextul are bug, poti intra insa in meniu si sa-i dai restart din telecomanda. Dureaza cateva minute, dar se restarteaza singura.
Cauta o lista de setings pentru e2 gata setata, pe urma configureaza usals.
Telecomanda e partial functionala.
Incerc sa aflul codul telecomenzii pentru ipbox si sa testez cu una de dreambox
am reusit sa il trec settings si s-a rezolvat si problema cu doi sateliti.

Pentru ipbox 9000HD
The installation of SifTeam Enigma 2 for AB IPBox 9000HD with HDD on usb flash.
There has to be inserted HDD and USB flash in the receiver!!!
1. Use AB image 8340b
2. Install the enclosed addon.
3. In PC copy the file "usb_config.img", rename it to "usb_update.img" and install it by basic way. After "DONE" restart the receiver.
4. Connect by webinterface and choose "format". Wait until the message "formatted susesfully"
5. Copy "enigma2.tar.gz" by FTP to /mnt/usb/usb0 (when the usb flash memory is formated successfully the folder "lost+found" will appear there).
6. Connect by web interface and choose "unpack" (appr. 2-3 min). When the image is unpacked you can see the folder tree by FTP in /mnt/usb/usb0
7. Standby+OK - switch off the receiver
Before turning on the receiver hold on nr. 3 on the remote control for turning the E2 or E1 on.
After next start last used software will start automatically.
When there is no picture by HDMI on TV restart the receiver, hold on MENU button on the front display of the receiver and change the video output to 1280*720p.
Attention!:
It is just the test version of the software. The installation is possible only in your personal responsibility. After crash of the receiver the warranty does not have to be guarantied.
The software works just with 1 dvb-s2 tuner and EMU and smartcard readers are not supported.

la mine e ok.incearca sa dai prin volum de telecomanda de ipbox mai mult.E la 50%
ai dreptate, oarecum sunetul e mai puternic..
intre timp am incercat sa pornesc imaginea de pe fiash ( buton 4 apasat la boot ), insa pe telnet am vazut ca nu reuseste sa faca mount la fs.
voi ce experienta aveti ?

If you want to preview E2 and have no serial cable, this can help you.
Requires: NLB image installed in flash!
Here is a little guide with a very small flashimage, that prepare your uboot for change, to use the "1" and "2" key to switch between DGS and E2 boot.
Note, you need to download E2 image from a different location.

without Serial cable, only requirements are telnet access.
1. flash image that matches your hardware, 900,910 or 9000 img.
this will enable the fw_setenv to work on you nlb installed image.
2. ftp enigma2_cuberevo.tar.gz file to /media folder
3. telnet to box and execute commands below

In the last command you need to update ip adresses to match your network. othewise E2 is not accessable from network.
and you can boot DGS flash(hold down 1 on remote during) or E2 (hold down 2 on remote during)
remember to change ip adresses above.
nu intzeleg pct 1... cum sa :flash" imaginea pt. ip9000 de exemplu ????
adica sa nu incarci pe 900/910 imaginea de pe 9000 si invers. nu va merge
OK, eu am imaginea de la Sifteam... intzeleg urmatoarele :
1. Re-instalez imaginea de la NLB8421(v1.110) pt 9000HD
2. Fisierul E2_onHDD.zip are 3 imagini, una pt. ip9000 - ce fac cu ea ? cum o "flash" iarashi pe USB stick ?
3. Instalez prin FTP fisierul enigma2_cuberevo.tar.gz.zip in directorul indicat...
De la pasul 3 intzeleg, nu stiu la pasul 2 cum sa ma descurc....

La care imagine se refera ? la NLB8421 sau la imaginile mici fin fisierul usb_comfig.welcome9000.img ??????????:dance:
Hmmm, mai intai instalezi imaginea celor de la nlb apoi "imaginea mica" din link, dupa care urmezi pasii 2.3.....
varianta ab com de instalare E2 pt. 9000HD a mers la cineva pe 900HD ?
care ar fi pass pt imaginea de la NLB8421(v1.110) pt 9000HD
nativ ? userul este root dar nu stiu pass....
am gasit : relook
Pentru ca nu se putea dezarhiva si era intr-un subdirector pusa din greseala am facut o arhiva tar pentru 9000.
E testata pe 2 aparate.

Am instalat Hdd la ip box 900HD.
Cu ce scrie aici nu se poate instala E2 pe 900HD, ramane varianta snow+zildan pe care noi nu o stim.
1. versiune ab com NU MERGE, este doar pentru 9000, nu vrea sa instaleze mini img., da err 5.
2. versiunea NLB NU MERGE, ramane blocat in "BOOTING" dupa instalarea in flash a mini imaginii atasate in instructiuni.
Asteptam in continuare cu 900, poate apare versiunea SIFTEAM ce se incarca direct in flash !
Sau poate ma insel, va rog sa contraziceti !

-orice imagine scrii in flash trebuie sa redenumesti obligatoriu usb_update.img, altfel da err.
-ai facut ce trebuie insa problema este la acea mini imagine, cum scriam mai jos. Poate mai trebuie facut ceva ce nu scrie si ei cred ca se subintelege....
Am vazut ca in aceasta perioada a scos ab com uboot 1.3.3
Eu nu ma mai chinui cu stiku, astept pana va iesi o versiune lucrata, sau in cel mai negro scenario pun mana pe cablu null-modem + nfs server si asa tre sa mearga.
Re: Motoru... am vazut postul tau, problema este ca eu nu incercam pe ipBox900 ci pe ipBox 9000 cu imaginea nlb fresh instalata....ori aici se pare ca ar fi trebuit sa mearga din prima....
Cred ca ai dreptate pana la urma ... ori scot astia o imagine cu instalare mai umana ori ne lasam pagupashi si vedem cu ce avem... cred ca viatza e prea scurta sa devenim profesori in toate....

Se pare ca nu e o chestiune tocmai comestibila asa ca te rog ne ajuti.

Ghid instalare e2 in USB
Pentru ca in ultimul timp sunt asaltat de intrebari pe tema instalarii e2 am hotarat sa fac un ghid de instalare.
Pentru instalare este necesar sa avem un stick de mare viteza cum se discuta pe topicul kathy.
Softuri necesare:
Ultimul bootloader si ultima imagine.

Scriem ultima imagine in receptor ( aici sa completeze cineva ca nu stiu detalii)

Instalam KCC,
Cu receptorul pornit introducem stickul in aparat.

Setam ip si trecem la EXPERTS

alegem numarul de partitii (maxim 4) si dimensiunile, dam OK si asteptam sa formateze. La stickuri mari sau HDD e de preferat sa faceti 3 partitii de 500 mega si una mare cu restul.

Daca totul e OK, scoatem stickul si il introducem iarasi si trecem la:
Pasul 3
Putem avea simultan 4 imagini e2 pe stick (depinde de numarul de partitii).
Daca lasam stickul in aparat un minut ii face automount la partitii.
De obicei sunt montate in
/mnt/usb/usb0 prima partitie de pe stick
/mnt/usb/usb1 a2-a partitie
/mnt/usb/usb2 a3-a partitie
/mnt/usb/usb3 a4-a partitie
Copiem imaginea cu ftp in format tar in radacina partitiei alese (/mnt/usb/usb0 pt. partitia 1) de pe stick apoi din telnet in acelasi loc dezarhivam:
tar xvf nume_arhiva.tar
Pasul 4
Acum trebuie sa avem cablul serial null modem.
Intram in hipperterminal sau putty pus pe serial cu setarile indicate mai sus, si oprim procesul de boot cu ctrl+Z.
dam urmatoarele comenzi linie cu linie evident dupa ce le copiem intr-un fisier text si setam ip-urile noastre astfel
primul e ip box, al 2-lea e ip PC de pe care lucram, al 3-lea e ip ruter:

Restartam box-ul si apasam pe 1 pt e2 sau pe 2 pt flash.
Sper sa comentati si sa mai completati aici.
Vreau sa imi dati dreptu sa editez asta ca precis trebuie completat.
Puneti lynk la imaginile PTK ( au emu in meniu si am facut un patch sa trecem in engleza meniul suplimentar (era in poloneza :( ).

Cred ca am reusit sa pun e2 pe stick.
Nu reusesc nici in ruptul capului ca intru pe null-modem !!!
Porneste putty, vede receptoru, apar tot soiu de heroglife pe ecran, insa nici in ruptu capului nu opreste bootarea (ctrl+z) imaginii din flash !

pun si io abcom, sa vedem asa....
da, asa a fost.
inainte de a instala, da comanda mount ca sa vezi unde este de fapt stickul
daca e cazul corecteaza corespunzator in sirul de comenzi.
La mine instalarea e2 decurge ok pe 900HD doar prin metoda lui zildan(cu aplicatia de katy).
Problemele la mine au fost generate de stick-uri.
La mine nu se incarca in totalitate, imi da un ecran verde(exit code 5), pe doua stick-uri in acelasi loc, si nu merge mai departe.
Sa fie compromisa arhiva cu E2 sau e de la stickuri ???
Ma poate ajuta cineva cu sfaturi ?

Installation guide:
1) Este necesar sa avem instalat in receiver ca imagine de boot uboot 1.3.1 ori versiuni peste aceasta
2) Conectam cablul null modem dar nu inainte de a deconecta IPBOX din butonul swich ON OFF de pe panoul din spate.
3) Pornim PUTTY
4) Selectam la conexiunea seriala ,speed 115200 si COM aferent conexiunii si apoi dam open.
6) In timp ce apasam switch on off la Ipbox , dam comanda ctrl + Z de la tastatura trebuie data aceasta comanda foarte repede dupa ce apasam on altfel trece in booting.
Daca totul este bine ar trebui sa ne apara in consola Putty:

9) Acum cand pornim IPBOX la o apasare continua aprox 5 sec va porni pe una din imaginile selectate :
Press Button 1: start your image using nfs-server
Press Button 2: start your image using usb pendrive if you don't have a SATA hdd
Press Button 3: start your image using usb pendrive if you have a SATA hdd
Press Button 4: start your original flash image in the decoder (DGStation's original firmwares and images based on them)
10) Avem KKC instalat si USB Stik conectat la IPBox.
Start KCC si facem modicarile necesare la settings :
Ip adrress, username and password .
Apasam test Connection si ar trebui sa apara OK.
Apasam din KCC toolbar butonul Experts .
Stik va aparea ca nume sda daca nu avem hdd instalat sau ca sdb cu hdd install.
Cu clik dreapta de mouse pe usb /dev/sda si in meniul care apare selectam new partition . Alegem sa ne faca minim doua partitii de tip ext2 prima de 512 mb si la nume va fi XSYS1. Adoua partitie de acelasi tip ext 2 cu diferenta de marime a stik si ca nume XSYS2.
Dupa ce a terminat inchidem KCC si deconectam pentru un minut usb stik de la receiver dupa care il reconectam.
11) Deschidem programul de ftp client . Cu copy paste fisierul enigma2 (enigma2_cuberevo.tar.gz ) il ducem in /mnt/usb/usb0
12) Deschidem telnet si scriem :

Comanda:
cd /mnt/usb/usb0
tar xzf enigma2_cuberevo.tar.gz sau cum se numeste fisierul enigma aferent modelului de IPBOX
aceasta operatie dureaza cateva minute si este necesar sa asteptam

13) Apasam OFF din spatele receiverului si asteptam cel putin un minut inainte de a porni receiverul . Daca nu asteptati acest timp la botare va ramane blocat in Loading modules si va trebui sa repetati toata operatiunea .
Dupa ce am apasat on selectam din telecomanda receiver butonul numarului aferent imaginii care dorim sa ne porneasca receiverul pentru aprox 5 sec :

Un "how to" perfect.
In felul asta merge garantat la toata lumea !
O mica completare ar fi pentru cei care folosesc imaginea sifteam pt. boot de pe USB-flash !
Se recomanda introducerea comenzilor de boot de la consola, nu folosirea imaginii ce face configureaza asta ! Motivul este IP-urile care nu se prea pot schimba ulterior(la mine nu le salveaza in nici un mod, revine la cele implicite), iar in unele cazuri e destul de complicat (sau imposibil) de configurat rooteru dupa IP-urile boxului.
E2 are un bug la setarea rezolutiei pe HDMI !
Am un plasma Tv Panasonic vierra cu panel G11 si rezolutie nativa 1024/768.
In mod normal pot seta si rezolutia de 1920/1080 avand ca surca ipboxu cu imagine sif 0.1.9(sau sau oricare alta), blueray player, sau calculator, iar de multe ori calitatea imaginii este mai buna. TV-ul detecteaza automat rezolutia sursei si porneste ca atare.
E2 sif 0.1.0 intra in conflict cu softul ce detecteaza rezolutia la tv si nu functioneaza decat max. la rezolutia nativa a tv-ului.
Din acest motiv se blocheaza cel putin o data la fiecare instalare E2, iar ulterior nu poate fi setata decat la max.1024/768.
CONCLUZIE:
Daca doriti instalare E2 din prima fara nici un ecran verde scoateti HDMI din box inainte de on (eventual puneti pe scart daca vreti sa si vedeti poza de loading), iar dupa ce termina introduceti HDMI !!!!!!!!

vad ca te pricepi la receptoarele aste zi si mie ce sai fac imi da er 10 si nu se conecteaza nici cu o imagine .Poate nu am inteles eu cablu tre sa fie nul modem 2.3-3.2-5.5 sau altfel de cablu. mersi mult
pui imaginea pe un stick si o redenumesti in usb_update sau usb_update.img*
la unele merge intr-un fel, la altele in celalalt
opresti receptorul de la butonul din spate, bagi stickul in aparat, tii apasat botonul de power de pe receiver - cel din fata - si dai drumul din spate. cand apare boot apesi sageata in sus, va aparea usb update. il lasi sa-si faca treaba. dupa ce-ti apare usb update, nu mai este nevoie sa tii butoanele apasate.
stickul trebuie formatat in fat32 si sa-i dai safely remove inainte de-al scoate din pc
asta e valabil numai pentru imaginile "standard", pentru enigma vezi how to-ul lui zildan
ps: s-au mai scris lucrurile astea pe aici
aveti idee, se mai ocupa cineva de Enigma2 pentru ipbox? fata de kathrein vad ca e in urma rau de tot. :(
Am aflat ca se ocupa sifteam....si o sa vine si inca o versiuna in perioada asta.si se ocupa inca cineva care nu am voie sa spun mai multe.....
parca spunea zildan ca are un ipbox 910 si-l studiaza.poate se apleaca si asupra acestei probleme si ii ajuta pe posesorii acestui receptor.zildan,sint ceva sanse de imbunatatire pt. e2 la ipbox ?e departe momentul acela?

STEP 1
We need to change our U-boot loader (1.3.1 or higher) to a multiboot loader. To do that,
your receiver must be flashed with a Sifteam, PKT or ipbox standard image (not Enigma2 image)
a) Connect the rs232able from your receiver to your PC your receiver must be off from the main power switch.
b) Run puTTy and chose serial. Type at serial line the correct COM port (the com port that your RS232 is connected)
and type at speed 115200 then click at open button.
c) Switch on your receiver and hit Ctrl and Z together until you see at the putty screen Cuberevo>
If you fail switch off the receiver and retry. Type or copy paste the above

To find out your pc ipaddress the gateway and the netmask: double click at your local area connection at your pc then click support.
d) Now switch off your receiver ( allways from the main power switch!! ) press at remote control 2 and switch on your receiver keep pressing 2 for about 5 to 10 sec.
Ok now your receiver booting from the standard image. (if you switch off and switch on again your receiver will be booting from the standard image dosent need to press again 2.)
Step 2
a) As your receiver is turned on and working with a standard image, plug in the usb stick.
b) Run KCC type the ipaddress, the username and the password on Telnet and FTP fields.
c) Click on test to be sure that everything is ok.
d) Now click at the experts button. If you can see the SDB icon you are in the right way if not switch off your receiver and make the step 2 from the begining.
e) Right click to the sdb and make a new partition with ext2 or ext3 (doesn't matter) file system. you can make more than one partitions.
f) As you finish with the partition switch off the receiver plugout the usbstick then switch on the receiver wait until the standard image load and then plug inthe usb stick again.
g) Download and unzip the Enigma2 SifTeam 0.2.0 mod PKT beta 3.0b image on your desktop. Its better to this point to rename the Enigma2 SifTeam 0.2.0 mod PKT beta 3.0b
to enigma2, now at your desktop you must have a file enigma2.tar.gz. (approx 60Mb) Also its better to unzip the enigma2.tar.gz file to enigma2.tar with the 7zip program.
h) Run the FTP client and put the enigma2.tar (or enigma2.tar.gz) from your desktop to your receiver at mnt/usb/usb0 path.
Step 3
a) Run putty at telnet mode type the ipaddress of the receiver then click at open button.
b) Logging in telnet mode and type this command:
cd /mnt/usb/usb0
and press enter then type the command:
tar xvf enigma2.tar
and press enter. If you have the enigma2.tar.gz type the command
tar xvfz enigma2.tar.gz
Wait until finish (takes about 30-45 minutes)
c) switch off your receiver.
Step 4
a) Press at your remoote control 1 and then turn on your receiver.
b) Wait about 10 minutes for the first boot
c) Check at the receiver lcd panell to chose the output (Scart RSA HDMI etc)
Step 5 (Final step)
If everything works fine go with your ftp at etc/resolve.conf edit and change the 192.168.1.1 to your router ipaddress. This is important to have your receiver internet access.
ATTENTION: If you want to boot from flash the standard image, before you do it remove the usb stick from your receiver.

am citeva nelamuriri ,poate ma ajutati:
-fisierul welcome inlocuie secventa scrisa su telnet sau hyper..(setenv menu1...setenv menu4) ?
-uboot1.3.3 se pune o sing data sau de cite ori se scrie e2 in usb flash cu o imag dgs,nlb pusa deja in flash ?
-cu toate ca am pus ip-ul dorit de mine in telnet dupa explicatiile de pe forum ex:192.168.1.59,dupa ce am pus ultima e2 ,mi-a aparut tot 192.168.1.8 pe care nu-l pot schimba.unde poate fi greseala ?
-etc/resolve.conf - se schimba ip router ??
Am incercat eu sa schimb IP si DNS dupa instalarea E2 pe stick, dar nu functioneaza. M-am uitat in dmesg la imaginea sifteam 8873 si se pare ca si pe ea se raporteaza IPul 192.168.1.8, dar probabil se face ceva in plus prin scripturile de la boot ca sa iti ia IPul si DNS serverul din /etc/, ceea ce trebuie implementat si la E2. Cand prind putin timp o sa fac o comparatie intre imaginile instalate sifteam-8873 si E2, poate vad ce ar trebui adaugat.
azi mi-am bagat hard disk sata de 250 GB in STB, nimic mai bine, nu am stiut ce pierd pana acum, vreau sa zic ca daca E2 in flash boot-eaza in 3 minute si, de pe usb flash boot-eaza in 1 minut si 30 secunde, de pe disk pleaca mai repede decat AB Com din flash ~40 secunde:))

undeva zicea ca ar trebui sa pun in /var/etc/.dont_format_hdd , am creat dar tot degeaba. chiar nu inteleg de ce vrea el neaparat sa-mi faca sda1 (swap, dar nu o marcheaza ca swap) si sda2 ca si ext3 sa o monteze in /media :sorry:

Ma bucur ca ai rezolalvat asta problema....Sa vezi ce lucruri misto apare in curind cu ipbox!
doar o mica problema dupa instalare, ( e intradevar mai rapid ca usb ):
daca fac hdd init din meniu al enigma, se sterg toate partitiile /dev/sda2, sda3-pe care e de fapt enigma....cum se impiedica, sau se face corect ?
nu inteleg de ce vrei sa faci hdd init?:gathering:
si inca o chestie, cu eroarea "tuned Failed" dupa care SNR=0 si nu mai vezi nimic, nici ce a mers 2 sec mai devreme, ce se poate face ?
sau cu "timeout reading PAT" ?
Si pe mine ma enerveaza e un bug, treci inapoi pe un alt program unde sti ca avea semnal si revi inapoi. faza cu pat... zice lumea-n targ ca la kathy s-a scos un fix de catre pkt la asta, speram ca vor scoate si pentru ipbox.
crash logurile nu le vrea nimeni ?
Si pe mine ma enerveaza e un bug, treci inapoi pe un alt program unde sti ca avea semnal si revi inapoi. faza cu pat... zice lumea-n targ ca la kathy s-a scos un fix de catre pkt la asta, speram ca vor scoate si pentru ipbox.

Overwrite by ftp to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens/
pt cine vrea sa acceseze cifs cu e2:
copiaza modulul cifs.ko in /lib/modules,
chmod 755
insmod /lib/modules/cifs.ko
mount -t cifs //ip_adresa_server/shared_folder /mnt/cifs -o username=user,password=pwd
daca vrei sa faca e2 automat la startup, editezi
/etc/init.d/mountall
faci insert inainte de exit 0
insmod /lib/modules/cifs.ko
wait 2
mount -t cifs //ip_adresa_server/shared_folder /mnt/cifs -o username=user,password=pwd
Dupa reboot merge ok!
