As propune sa discutam si despre acest subiect : VLC
A folosit careva din voi vlc ? Adica in relatia PC - Kathy ?
Functioneaza ? Nu stiu nimic despre asta, si nu am avut unde sa citesc. Ma intereseaza daca un film rulat pe pc se poate vedea prin kathy la tv , sau invers ceva ce functioneaza pe tv din kathy sa poata fi vazut pe pc.
Daca aveti cunostiinte despre subiect si e posibil as dori setarile care se pot face pe pc si kathy. (eventual, ideal ar fi un ghid cu imagini-pentru ca sunt multe setari prin vlc -pc)

We start VLC player for the PC select
Settings> Add Interface> Web Interface

Eu ma gandeam sa montes un folder de pe comp si aftfel sa am acces la fisierele de pe el fara sa ma mai complic cu vlc, eventual poate merg si filmele format x264 :P

Am testat si eu VLC.
Merge intradevar prin "Web interface" asa cum apare in ghidul de mai sus.
Pe Kathy am setat rezolutia la 720x576 si bitrate-ul la 3000.
Pe PC doar am activat "Web Interface".

M-ar interesa si pe mine subiectul cu montarea unui share de pe PC pe Kathy.
Stie cineva cum/unde se poate specifica user-ul si parola pentru accesul la un anumit SMB share?
