With the Octagon SX8 HD One you get an extremely low-cost, small yet powerful digital Full HD satellite receiver, which is ideal for installation in niches (eg behind the TV). For this purpose, the longest side of the Octagon SX8 HD One measures just 11.3 centimeters and it also comes with a corresponding suspension and a four-digit IR display. This allows the receiver to hide in niches, while the display keeps you in complete control of the selected channels and so on. Pre-programmed for Astra 19.2 ° E & Türksat 42 ° E
Octagon SX8 Small all-rounder with pin-sharp picture quality
To receive your TV program, the Octagon SX8 HD One has a DVB-S2 tuner and a pin sharp resolution of 1080p. In addition to IPTV functionalities, other pre-installed apps such as YouTube or the weather report are available. With these apps and the versatile connectivity options, you get a much more diverse entertainment experience than is possible with the pure TV reception. For example, contents from external storage media such as USB sticks or external hard disks can be played via the two USB 2.0 ports. Furthermore, the Octagon SX8 HD One has a connection for the power adapter (DC 12 V / 1 A), a connection for the IR display, an LNB input, an HDMI output as well as a jack and an RS232 connection. Together with the Conax card reader, multi-stream functionality, Unicable and DISEqC 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 USALS support, timeshift playback and recording, as well as subtitles, teletext and EPG, the Octagon SX8 HD One becomes a small all-rounder with pin-sharp picture quality.
