selection / change of the stream or the resolution directly in the plugin

(it is not required HbbTV) changelog:
0.6 bug fix 0.8 medithek added
1.0 internal adjustment, important for the number of hits in future fix
1.1: Art was at stream selection not displayed
2.0 thumbnails,clip selection by date or day's
2.1 thumbnails can be switched off (for low boxes / higher speed)
2.2 Preview images can be switched off (for low boxes / higher speed)
2.3 bug's fixed
