New in version 3.08:

fixed IMDB poster layout for OpenPli images
another Podnatpisi.eu fix (layout changes)
added new “Permanent shift” feature (binary offset -16, -8, -4, -2, 0, 2, 4, 8, 16)
Most of the boxes should have this set to 0 but if every subtitle keeps running slower put “Permanent shift” on lower value, and the other way around – if every subtitle keeps running faster put “Permanent shift” to higher value.
