you personally tested this image on the Amiko 8900 Alien ? :cool2:

No one has tested this on the alien Amiko so you will be first.
Introduction
1. Prepare a USB stick with 1 partition in FAT32
2. Set the default system boot for [enigma2] (For frontpanelu hold [OK] and then turn the power switch, after about 5 seconds, the display should appear in the display [FORCE] then you should let the [OK] and press [P] - appears Enig words)
3. Create a directory on the pendrive enigma2
4. Copy the uImage and e2jffs2.img a previously created directory enigma2
Upload Image Enigma2:
1. Turn off receiver
2. Connect a USB stick ready to receiver
2. On Frontpanelu hold [OK] and then turn the power switch
3. After about 5 seconds, the display should appear in the display [FORCE] then you should release the [OK] and press [V +]
4. If everything was done correctly the display flashes [U LD] which means that the image is loaded.
5. After finishing the upload operation should be released shows [Succ], and the receiver will reboot automatically

It's no fake, I flashed this image and trying. The remote work better then on EOS. But it's for GM990, so exit is find, colour keys a F1-F4 and so on. You must do some reconfiguration for the Alien remote.

This image has a lot of good utils, but I need mgcamd and in this image doesn't work for me. It had keys, but no image. I think that I learned remap keys but without mgcamd is not useable for me. Skins are good, but it's not fast image for me. May be next version.
So I have RSP image in the box. :)

Boot si mount EOS si Boot.....
este o problema care s-a mai discutat pe forum .... deconectezi receptorul de la sursa de curent 5 minute si apoi merge ok .
Am facut un test chiar pe receptorul destinatie ... Edision Pingulux.
- o imagine completa si in general curata ...ce trebuie sa mearga ...merge !
- skinuri ..pe sponci ! un skin SD si unul HD ( Conciniti ) care nu-mi place
- reactia la telecomanda ... parca cam lenta
- nu are server de download
- pluginul "File browser" extrem de util
- imaginea are un plugin care permite crearea unui backup de imagine
- imaginea actuala este rezultatul unui backup dupa instalarea pluginurilor
si unei colectii de emulatoare ...cam deavalma !
- facilitatea de "fade-in/out" mareste senzatia de reactie intarziata
- are un Blue-pannel elegant dar simplist

Voreingestellt ist Scart und dhcp als nicht uber die GUI Reste auf den TV wundern sobald auf 720p umgestellt wird sind die weg.
Bekannte BUG´s:
Bei Scart oder eine Auflosung unter 720 kommt es zu Resten der Gui auf dem TV, also an alle Scartnutzer das kann leider nicht behoben werden!
Abhilfe schaft dann mal ein Druck auf epg dann verschwindet ein großer Teil dieser Reste.

First, the uboot-in with info that the 8900, but, for example, ignored, then the kernel for testing (more important), and then attack the RCS. The drivers work hard to source. The explanation is simple ! the E2 firmware has an module witch allow you to
verify the "resseler ID" , some kind of "electronic signature" ...and thus if it
is not EDISION ... you can stop the execution. This is what the guys from
EOS have done ! very smart ... who cares ? is an unfriendy gesture ... a

The image contains the dedicated signature witch is compared agaist the Pingulux one ...
if the comparison fails ...the image run is stopped ! To much energy consumed for nothing ...
I guess that IMG received from another team and it was a requirement, it is possible to order the AAF IMG for Kathrein UFS-912 :dance:

AAF nor PKT does not generate a new image for a long ... long time for ufs912 !
No is written in a protected flash area ...not in Boot , not in kernel not in the image !
simply is the board signature ... we dont know how to modify it ! cool down ...
The image contains the dedicated signature witch is compared agaist the Pingulux one ...
if the comparison fails ...the image run is stopped ! To much energy consumed for nothing ...
I think there are different drivers :!:
try put the SPARK Pingulux has a signal but not working any FTA channels !
can enter the MENU switch programs, but laziness and the signal shows!
that could put SAPRK from Pingulux you have to replace "Version XML"

i took this neutrinolux image today and got bootsloop, then i took rsp image and alien was working again. My alien was not died from using neutrinolux image, but there is a break in the image for my receiver

The explanation is simple ! the E2 firmware has an module witch allow you to
verify the "resseler ID" , some kind of "electronic signature" ...and thus if it
is not EDISION ... you can stop the execution. This is what the guys from
EOS have done ! very smart ... who cares ? is an unfriendy gesture ... a
punk character !
When I will be in possibility to found a way to replace the STB ID reciever, that would be a solution! :clap:

cele bune:
1. imaginea arata bine , bine structurata si cu skinuri destul de frumoase
2. are cam tot ce trebuie in domeniul pluginurilor utile
3. nu are emulatoare preinstalate dar se pot instala usor
4. server download ( emu , pluginuri , etc )
cele rele :
1. isi da reboot cam din orice ( dupa ce face reboot la accesarea unei functii dupa reboot nu mai face reboot la reaccesarea acelei functii ) ... avantajul ca boot dureaza putin in comparatie cu AR-P unde ai impresia ca s-a blocat la incarcarea modulelor
2. nu au rezolvat problema 1080i

PKT declara este ufs912 - gm990 !!! deci fara dubii ...imaginea pentru gm990 este "protejata"
spre a a nu lucra pe altceva decat gm990 ! mi se pare o prostie dar probabil ca isi are
explicatia in faptul ca fiecare constructor de imagine ( RSP, EOS si PKT) isi tine cate un
"as" in maneca ... vezi doamne sa nu faca altii bani de pe urma lor ! o lume deschisa ...
perfect inchisa ! mi se face un pic greata !
Eu inteleg asa ... cine vrea sa faca bani ...sa-ai asume responsbilitati, sa scrie softul de baza ...

I am only read on your Pictures that ist Dualboot Spark+E2 and E2 runs on it.

Bekannte BUG´s:
Bei Scart oder eine Auflosung unter 720 kommt es zu Resten der Gui auf dem TV, also an alle Scartnutzer das kann leider nicht behoben werden!
Abhilfe schaft dann mal ein Druck auf epg dann verschwindet ein großer Teil dieser Reste.

Sollte nach dreimaliger Bootschleife NeuProLux nicht gestartet sein, wird ohne das Bootvideo gestartet.

Imaginea NeuProLuxV1 merge super pe Alien , daca ar avea si sunet dts in media player ar fi super dar aici RSP da clasa celorlalte imagini . Nu booteaza in Neutrino dar faza buna este ca trece automat in enigma2 .

Testat de curiozitate Neutrino , prima impresie bleah ... o fi o imagine interesanta dar cred ca Alien merita cu mult mai mult si asi prefera oricand chiar si Spark in loc de Neutrino . Mie unul nu mi-a placut si ca atare am dat jos imaginea in secunda doi si am revenit la RSP .
pentru @samuell ... neutrino foloseste tot ce se poate folosi la sh4 si fiecare imagine foloseste oscam pe care il pui tu nu foloseste oscam din alta imagine .

Salutari,
am incercat sa pun PKT_GM990_Enigma2_Nibiru_V3_Image pe un 990CR si ceva nu pusca.
Am pus totul pe un stick FAT32 folder enigma2, am resetat aparatul, am dat de FORC, iar cand apas butonul catre dreapta imi apare FAct dupa care incep sa palpaie un 7 si 70 pe display. In descriere zice ca trebuie sa apaara U LD, dar nu apare. Ce nu fac bine?

- eroarea "7 70" este una "clasica" schimbi stickul si s-ar putea sa mearga
- foloseste pluginul "e2upgrade" si ai scapat de necazuri
@mihai - acest fenomen se intampla doar la imaginea aceasta postata de amicul nostru de mai sus. Am acel plugin 'e2update'...e pe verde! Finalmente am pus imaginea cu Cisco TFTP Server. Mari schimbari nu vad! Exemplu : persista erorile (desi se pot rezolva din anumite setari - oscam inclusiv) dar pacat ca nu-i pot da lui zildan un impuls sa mearga mai departe cu imaginea rsp team!
Metoda Cisco TFTP Server :
Upgrade Step:
1.copy [uImage] and [e2jffs2.img] to any folder of your PC, for example [C:/engima2]
2.select folder in TFTP tools:
3.Keep Pressing [OK] Button in Front Panel, then power on STB.
4.After 5 seconds you will see [Forc] in LED, release [OK] button and press [Right] Button.
5.if everything OK, You will see [T LD] shining in LED and you will see some debug information in TFTP Server, like

ehe acum toti vreti enigma2 cand vedeti ca spark inca nu se ridica la nivelul asteptarilor ... rsp enigma2 nu este un proiect mort dar se misca mai incet din anumite motive care nu pot fi spuse aici pentru ca deranjam anumite persoane . toate team-urile care au scos imagini e2 bat pasul pe loc pentru ca s-a ajuns intr-un punct in care este nevoie si de putin ajutor din partea fabricantului si aici se pare ca este ceva mai greu , sa speram totusi ca @zildan isi va intoarce fata spre noi si va da drumul la proiect dar este greu si pentru el de unul singur .
Am o problema cu imaginea PKT.Canalele in format 4:3 , nu sunt redate corect.E setat pe HDMI si la 720.Am incercat la setari,éa format 4:3, am dat pillarbox , letterbox etc., Cand shimb imaginea e buna si dau OK pe salvare.Cand comut la un alt canal care e tot 4:3, uita setarile si imaginea se face mai mare.Am incercat si cu Autoresolution, dar nu s-a rezolvat.Parca cand l-am pus imaginea nu au fost probleme.Am umblat undeva in setari , nu mai stiu.
Da... este o eroare a PKT ! nu are solutie din meniuri ... deocamdata !
Skinurile lor nu salveaza schimbarea de format !
Na, m-am chinuit degeaba.Parca cand am pus -o prima oara am avut numai cablu scart, si era bine.Ce imagine sa pun ca am acces numai cu WIFI.ARP si RSP nu are inclus wifi.

Oscam se face utilizand un client de FTP cu parola root/pkteam ... si un editor Linux sau direct din

In plugin browser ai Webinterface. Acolo poti seta port, sa ceara autentificare, etc.

Sollte nach dreimaliger Bootschleife NeuProLux nicht gestartet sein, wird ohne das Bootvideo gestartet.
Bekannte BUG´s:
Bei Scart oder eine Auflosung unter 720 kommt es zu Resten der Gui auf dem TV, also an alle Scartnutzer das kann leider nicht behoben werden!
Abhilfe schaft dann mal ein Druck auf epg dann verschwindet ein großer Teil dieser Reste.
Filme nur von ext2+3 abspielen auch bei Netzwerklaufwerken ansonsten Hängen im Schacht!

I have Amiko Alien and working great. Of course you have to change remote files for Amiko Alien.
Dupa prima instalare a mers bine.Am schimbat fisierele pentru telecomanda, am dat un restart si dupa aceea loading modules, boot.....si tot asa.

citind topicul cat si titlul acestuia (Other Alien E2 Images), am dedus ca este vorba de o imagine iar aici se dezbate aceasta tema, ca atare, ma intereseaza daca aceasta a fost testata si pe receiverul numit de mine, nimic mai mult. Neavand informatii directe despre aceasta imagine si ca atare neparticipand cu nimic la tema dezbatuta, am gasit de cuviinta sa folosesc notificarea de *Offtopic*. Daca gasesti ca un mesaj al meu nu este adecvat unei rubrici, atunci nu te opreste nimeni sa-l muti acolo unde se potriveste, nu ma supar si nici nu-ti fac reprosuri ulterior, sincer.

In acest topic discutam despre imagini pentru receptoare din familia Fulan .
Testat noua imagine dar pentru putin timp, dupa un restart nu a mai bootat. Din ce am observat, vine cu un server de download, unde la categoria pluginuri apare "Live Scores", un plugin perfect functional. Imaginea se misca cam greu, playerul youtube cand merge, cand se blocheaza...Am reinstalat din nou imaginea si aceeasi problema, nu booteaza. Inapoi la EnigmaRSP !
Imaginea are inclus scriptul de verificare ID receptor ... cu un mic truc functioneaza impecabil pe Alien . Este pacat ca s-a ajuns aici cu personalizarea imaginilor ... dar sunt solutii pentru evitarea piedicilor .
Dupa o ora de stres primele impresii sunt :
- Imaginea prezenta se apropie de o imagine adevarata cu server de download , panel cu foarte multe optiuni , media player care stie mkv dar nu stie dts ( eu nu am descoperit daca functioneaza sau nu ) nu citeste subtitrari incluse in containerul mkv dar la afisarea celor externe da clasa ( se poate seta dimensiunea , culoarea , pozitia subtitrarilor , plus multe alte chestii ) .
- Nu am resusit sa activez CIFS pe win7 dar nici nu mi-am batut prea mult capul sa vad daca am setat ceva gresit sau sunt probleme din imagine .
- Inca nu este rezolvata 100% problema cu 1080i dar fenomenul deranjant este foarte putin prezent
- Consumul de resurse este destul de mic ... 32 mb liberi la RAM .
- Viteza de reactie este un pic mai lenta fata de imaginea RSP dar nu cu mult , timpul de reboot este mai lung ca cel de la RSP dar cu mult mai scurt fata de AR-P .
- Skinuri putine si un pic uratzele dar cu putin efort si aici se pot face lucruri interesante .
- O imagine cu multe chestii interesante care merita testata si care se apropie tot mai mult de o varianta care sa multumeasca pe toata lumea .
-La un prim test cardul Focus nu a pornit in oscam cu setarile folosite in alt aparat .

Image ID verification script is included receiver ... with a little trick works flawlessly on Alien. It is a shame to come here to customize images ... but are solutions to avoid obstacles.

Ciudata treaba .... acum vad ca se restarteaza imaginea cand accesez Panelul , se vede treaba ca s-au gandit baietii si la alte masuri de protectie . Voi mai sapa un pic sa vad ce si cum si apoi back to RSP .
ps... deja am inceput instalarea RSP ca devine enervanta treaba .

Am testat putin această imagine.Este bună, oarecare stabilitate,telecomanda este rezolvată.Din păcate marea mea dezamăgire vine de la cititorul de card care nu recunoaște pocuss.M-ai așteptăm la versiunile următoare de la cei care se străduiesc cu adevărat să-și bată capul cu imagini pentru noi.
Am testat si eu imaginea pe GM990. Booteaza cam incet, telecomanda functioneaza bine, o gramada de pluginuri. Ce mi-a placut, se pot programa butoanele colorate pentru short/long press. Problema cu IP manual la configurarea initiala persista, vrea numai DHCP, dar se rezolva totul dupa instalare. Pluginul YT nu functioneaza/nu este disponibil.
Singurul lucru care ma atrage este functionalitatea 100% a telecomenzii de GM, dar asta se poate "tuna" cat de cat si la versiunea RSP.
Cam atat ar fi de spus, acum back to RSP.
Ultima imagine PKT contine fisiere si pentru telecomanda Alien , nu trebuiesc facute alte modificari .
La mine e invers, eu nu am Alien ci GM, iar RSP nu contine fisierele pentru telecomanda GM :)
Inca nu am repus rsp si acum observ ca nu am probleme pe 1080p. nu tu macroblocuri, nu tu sacadari. poate confirma cineva care a mai testat aceasta imagine?

Pe 1080p nu sunt probleme nici pe alte imagini , problema este pe 1080i unde nu s-a rezolvat in totalitate bug-ul ( sunt canale HD unde se mai manifesta dar destul de rar ) dar fenomenul este cu mult imbunatatit .

Cum scanez si alti sateliti cu imaginea asta ca nu-mi apare acolo numai astra si hotbird.

am pus degeaba nu-mi apare acolo la satelite cand dau stanga dreapta numai hotbird si astra.
Acest fisier exista in 2 locuri simultan:
/etc/emigma2/
/usr/local/share/enigma2/
In mod normal se face un simlynk in /etc/emigma2/
Ca sa il incarce enigma 2 sunt 2 solutii:
1 dai "killall -9 enigma2"
2 potzi sa dai comanda prin intermediul e2 de reincarcare lista de canale.
Daca schimbi fiserul si dai restart la e2 o sa il salveze pe cel dim memorie!

dar dincolo cand dau sevice scan nu apar numai daca setez la tunner pe A/B/C/D dar eu nu am swich cum naiba fac sa imi apara toti satelitii la service scan.
Eu ti-am spus cum functioneaza e2, probabil ca ai 2 file diferite in imagine !
Mai invatza despre e2 si apoi o sa rezolvi.
am incercat toate img posibile,cea mai stabila este pkt nebula,cred ca este facuta ptru spark reloaded dar merge perfect pe alien 8900!
am mers mult timp pe rsp dar ma dispera green scren!

Am modificat un pic keymap.xml sa se potriveasca cat de cat si telecomanda de Alien ... mai este mult de munca sa se potriveasca 100% dar este un inceput pentru cine doreste sa testeze .

Nu sunt sigur , sper sa nu fi setat eu din greseala , dar am impresia ca imaginea vine cu procesorul setat la 600 MHz ... este o frecventa cam mare . Cine instaleaza va rog sa dati din telnet comanda cat /proc/cpuinfo si sa postati aici rezultatul .

In urma unei setari imaginea s-a blocat si a trebuit sa reinstalez deci imaginea vine default cu frecventa la procesor setata la 600 mhz iar fara o racire fortata exista posibilitatea sa se prajeasca procesorul. Daca nu vreti sa riscati va recomand sa accesati web-panelul la adresa ip_alien:8080 si de acolo din meniul Overclocking la CPU Frequency setati 450(default) si apoi dati Senden
Din pacate si aceasta imagine prezinta acel tremur pe anumite canale HD , incep sa cred ca atata poate receptorul iar cine doreste mai mult trebuie sa se orienteze catre alte receptoare care au un suport software mai diversificat. Zapping-ul este un pic cam lent dar la cat de incarcata este imagine este scuzabil in rest este o imagine care arata bine si plina de noutati care abia asteapta sa fie descoperite si testate.

Problema mare este ca imaginea vine default cu procesorul tractat la 600mhz iar fara o racire adecvata un user neinitiat poate praji foarte usor procesorul .
NU e din procesor problema tremuratului, e din player 191, ar cam fi cazul sa apara o versiune mai noua (asta e din 2010).
Canalele pe care se manifesta tremuratul nu sunt interesante pentru cei ce sapa la baza imaginii si ca atare nu exista interes pentru rezolvarea problemei , daca problema se manifesta pe canalele SKY DE cu siguranta se rezolva extrem de rapid .
Singura care nu are problema tremuratului e aia de la croaţi HRnigma 1.4 aia final edition numită şi HRnigma 2 parcă.
Adică asta 1.0.4. 2012-HR-14
E pe stm23.
Zildan dacă găseşti care e player-ul şi il putem extrage din asta am scăpat de stuttering. Da-mi te rog un pm dacă reusesti să faci o imag de test fără prob asta, pană scoti imag finală, bineinţeles dacă mai faci imagini.

Toate imaginile au tremuratul pentru ca toate provin din acelasi GIT si mostenesc aceleasi probleme ... diferenta este facuta de floricele.
Atunci fa-ma sa inteleg la mine dece nu tremura....
E singura care nu face treaba asta si cred ca nu face asta numai la mine si numai asta....
Incearca si zi-mi dupaia....
Serios vorbesc ca e singura fara stuttering si merge deja de un an si ceva pe orice canale cu SR mare, si crede-ma ca pe Discovery sau History ma uit mult....
Nu putem sa ne intoarcem la stm23 pentru ca dezvoltarea pe DUCKBOX GIT e concentrata pe stm24 209 --- 211.
Imaginile de test noi (pe care multi dintre voi le-atzi primit) sunt pe stm24 211.
Eram aproape gata in finalul lui decembrie sa publicam una da ne-am luat cu febra sarbatorilor.
Am rezolvat intre timp aproape 100% blocarea pe italieni (era cam singurul operator pe care mai erau probleme) si partial si problema tremuratului.
Poate mai "inghesuie" astia canalele pe 1W si se rezolva pe alta cale si tremuratul. Doar un transponder mai are probleme la ora asta.
Daca ar fi mai multi voluntari in dezvoltarea imaginilor s-ar misca mai iute treaba.
Zildan io stiu ca ar fi un pas in spate dar macar ar fi una care merge, ca aia e de acum veche si suportul de download skin, plugin..... nu mai este. Pare a fi un ARP modificat de ei.
Poate aflam si dece la aia merge (cumva), poate poate...

Se poate rezolva problema cu sunetul AAC-HE ? Sau exista vreo imagine enigma 2 care poate reda sunetul AAC-HE ?
Folosesc HDMU pentru Alien 1 si pe SKY NEWS HD (28.5E) sunetul nu merge, formatul fiind AAC-HE.
Sau poate vreun plugin/driver de instalat.

Am pus imaginea HDMU (ultima versiune) pe un Alien2.
Stiind ca se munceste mult la elaborarea ei am fost total neplacut sa constat ca e are foarte mult addons dar per total, din punct de vedere al pasionatului de sateliti e departe de ce ma asteptam.
Eu nu am mai folosit Spark sau alte imagini de 2 ani pe Alien1. Azi am constatat ca ultimele beta de la RSP sunt cu mult mai bune decat "concurenta" si m-a surprins placut imaginea Spark. Apropo de cei care ziceau ca nu merge oscamu RSP pe Spark, dati un reboot si va merge!
Ce nu mi-a placut la HDMU e varza!
Multe lucruri adunate (unele utile alte complet afara) .
Ce mi-a placut e ca au muncit mult. Au ajutat si ei la pasul inainte la e2 pe SH40.
Spark e la ora asta cu cateva clase inaintea E2.
Ce ii lipseste:
- Alt mod de gestionare canele (preferate)
- Un plugins de ECM info.
- Stabilitatea
- Player de filme din retea !!!!! Asta e cea mai mare buba!
Spark2 nu e mai iute decat Spark1, daca va trebuie PIP si tunner de cablu sau terestru e insa o solutie.
E un mare pas inainte al celor de la FULAN.
Buna zildan, am intrat in posesia unui alien1 si am inceput sa testez enigma2 ARP cu openpli.
Imi place cum se misca, dar as dori sa aflu daca se poate instala titan pe el.
Sau daca nu se poate si exista surse publice(din cate cunosc au suport pentru atemio si kathi).
