Eu:
There has to be a solution. I will send it back to the supplier who will send it back to you then.
Best regards.
Azbox:
Dear xxxxxxx,
We are sorry but we don't have any information about it.
.........
Hello,
I had this problem in this spring, I've sent back the receiver to azbox and got fixed. Now, after a couple of updates (all were succesful, without an error) the problem returned. No encrypted channel is displayed.
Yes, the smartcard is active and is working in another receiver.
If I start Multicas from telnet, what happens is that after MultiCas initalizes the card, there is no more debug info displayed on the console. (below is the output of multicas). When it was working, It displayed information regarding EMM/ECM's received and channel change messages. Now nothing is displayed.
I've tried to insert the smartcard in an another receiver (a dm500) and share it via Gbox/CCcam (to test if the cardreader is the problem - unlikely, because card_slot.info detects that card is properly detected ). It was not working. I've also tested with mgcamd. Same result.
I've replaced the current firmware (azbox-0.9.5006-patch.bin) with the old one which was working ( azbox-0.9.4991-patch.bin) but the problem remains the same. I also did a factory reset.
What is the problem and how can I fix it ? Why aren't any EMM's sent to MultiCAS any more ? Because this must be the problem. The emulator is not even aware that it has to decrypt the channel.
If you want more details (like serial nr.) please tell me all the info because I'll be at home in the weekend and I'll collect all the data you need.
Here's the info in files:
ccc_ecm.info contains Unable to retrieve ECM information all the time.
card_slot.info:
